Guidelet: The City of Love, Nature and Lazy Days

A travel guide to Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa | Target Market: Families, Friends, Fishermen, Holiday Makers, Clubbers, Backpackers, Jetsetters | A travel guide by: Guanita Kotze

The locals say that Table Mountain is a mountain of love as it has a rich deposit of rose quarts. The first sailors that discovered the Cape called it the Cape of Hope because with the discovery of Cape Point it became possible to travel to India for spices from the New World. Through hundreds of years this beautiful City has been plagued by war, sickness and bad things like slavery, yet this could not contain its beauty or the strength of the people. Known for their hospitality and friendliness, they will greet any stranger and welcome you into their inner circles. The Cape is famous for some of the best wine, olive oil and fruits in the world. A large area around Cape Town is a Nature reserve as 6 of the world\\\'s seven biomes can be found here. Tourism has boomed since the fall of apartheid, and the City has grown to accommodate. Cape Town is the Mother City in all senses of the word; it is the oldest and biggest city, has the biggest parties, the best accommodation and most activities in the country. Come to this diversely beautiful place to experience why South Africans say, \\\" Local is Lekker\\\" that means local is best in this context. With this guide, we believe that you will be able to see Cape Town at her best and have a great time!
